If you want to dominate on the field you need to work at it all year, not just a few weeks before the season starts. Our baseball and softball coaches can help you over tough spots and help you reach your potential.

We have a talented team of coaches with professional collegiate experience who will help you hone your abilities as an athlete. our coaches are current or former professional players, college all-stars, or high school or college coaches.  In our one-on-one lessons, our coaches develop training geared specifically to help the individual athlete progress their skills in order to allow them to shine on the diamond.

Hitting

Our hitting instructors focus on specific elements of hitting mechanics with players. Players are provided instruction on the finer skills involved in hitting and they practice these skills through drills covering stance, balance, bat path, point of contact, and extension, with continuous feedback from the coaches.

Our pitching instructors focus on teaching specific pitching mechanics and work one-on-one with players to help them maximize velocity, pitch location, and perfect different types of pitches all while preventing injury.

Fielding

Our fielding instructors teach players the drills and skills necessary to improve their defensive games. We focus on instilling the proper mechanics of the fielding stance, footwork, balance, and the importance of using 2 hands, along with proper throwing techniques.
